  • High-throughput exploration of adaptive immune repertoires. Application to the isolation of bNAbs in HIV infection - Bejamin Nemoz - IAB

Résumé : “Exploration of the adaptive immune repertoire is of paramount impact in both disease states and in vaccination settings. Understanding how B cells evolve to produce ever-matured antibodies thus enhancing protection against a variety of microbial threats could help us unlock the potential of both passive immunotherapies using monoclonal antibodies as well as better vaccines for improved immunizations. In the present work, we have probed the immune repertoire of an HIV infected donor to isolate broadly neutralizing antibodies (bNABs) that are able to block the infection from a variety of HIV strains.”
