Warning regarding published documents
Prior to any posting of a document on “Pod”, each user is required to verify that he/she/them complies with the legislation in force.
Each user is responsible for the content he/she/them publishes on the “Pod” service.

GDPR
Université Grenoble Alpes, its component institutions (Grenoble INP, Sciences Po Grenoble) and Université Savoie Mont Blanc process your personal data to enable you to upload videos or audio files to the Podcast UGA platform.
The legal basis for this processing is the consent of the persons concerned.
The information is accessible to any person consulting the site if you have consented to make it public.
Otherwise, only authorized persons (groups of teachers-researchers and/or students) have access to the resource and personal data via the UGA Podcast platform or via teaching platforms.
The identification data linked to your account is kept for the duration of your presence at the school. By default, videos are kept for 4 years for teacher productions and 1 year for student productions.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the amended French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you can access your personal data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data.
